For parts too large to fit in our standard safety enclosure we offer the Xstress safety walls. These rolling and modular walls offer additional protection from exposure and can be customized to a customers’
Table for X-ray provides safeguarded area
for X-ray measurements, and room for other system accessories. The X-ray
measurement area on the table is enclosed with a safety shield, which can be lifted up for easy moving of the sample on the carrier. The safety shield is equipped with safety interlocks.
The table can be specially equipped for electropolishing. The electropolishing feature offers a customizable rolling trolley system that offers repeatable movement of samples along the table for electropolishing, verification of material removal, and finally residual stress or retained austenite measurement.
A dial gauge mounted on linear guides that allows the user to easily verify the material removed during depth profiling. The stand can be mounted on the Table for X-ray, which has a movable sample carriage on a linear guide, or it can also be stand-alone.
This option for the G2 and G3 goniometers that allow for the goniometer to be cantilevered over rolling stand allowing for a larger range of Z and Y movements and adding tilt and yaw for maximum versatility. The Floor stand can be combined with both rotation and mapping options, and motorized up-down movement.
A high precision camera capable of directly measuring the x-rays exiting from the goniometer. It allows the XTronic software to align system movements along Euler’s sphere to guarantee the most precise movements possible.
Allows for the experimental determination of a material's X-ray elastic constant in adherence to ASTM E1426 or EN 15305 using a strain gauge or load cell that is automatically controlled by the XTronic software.
