Xstress Robot introduces state-of-the-art 2D detector technology for fast and accurate residual stress measurement, providing a broad range of high-quality data for analysis.

The ABB GoFa Ultra-accuracy calibrated cobot provides laboratory-grade measurement accuracy throughout the robot’s reach, without compromises or auxiliary devices. Intuitive operation with the cobot and Xstress Studio interface ensures ease of use and maximum flexibility.​

2D detector set for Xstress Robot​

2D detectors provide efficiency in XRD analysis. 2D detectors ensure faster and more accurate measurement even with difficult materials.​

Safety

X-ray safety – ANSI N43.3-2008

  • Compliant with ANSI N43.3-2008 and other industry standards for non-medical X-ray instruments.
  • Xstress X-ray diffractometers operate at maximum values of 30 kV voltage, 10 mA current and 300 W power. The operating instructions specify the safety procedures for instrument operation.
  • We offer IEC 61010 compliant safety enclosures in accordance with applicable national regulations and customer specific safety requirements.

Robot safety – EN ISO 10218-2

  • Compliant with EN ISO 10218-2 robot systems and integration.
  • Xstress Robot utilizes a collaborative robot (cobot) designed and integrated in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 10218-2.
  • The operating instructions specify the safety procedures for robot operation.
