Xstress Cabinet
Xstress Cabinet complements the Xstress DR45 diffractometer. The measuring area is surrounded from all sides with a safety enclosure.
Xstress Cabinet is IEC 61010 standard compliant and safe for laboratory use. The doors are equipped with safety interlocks that prevent exposure to X-rays when the doors are open.
Xstress Cabinet can be equipped with options like motorized vertical Xstress Column and Xstress XY device for mapping.
