Xstress Profile
Xstress Profile enables residual stress and retained austenite depth profiling in one system with software-controlled movements.

Xstress Profile complements the Xstress DR45 diffractometer.
Xstress Profile is divided into two areas: one for safe X-ray measurements and one dedicated for electropolishing and depth measuring. The sample moves between the areas with a software controlled linear guide, Xstress Linear.
Xstress Profile is IEC 61010 standard compliant and safe for laboratory use. The doors are equipped with safety interlocks that prevent exposure to X-rays when the doors are open.
